These terms and conditions relate to your use of the website and any subsequent transactions.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are accepted by (a trading division of Dixon and Hall Ltd - “the Company”) subject to the following terms and conditions. Orders placed are an offer to enter into a contract with the Company and may or may not be accepted as such. An order will become binding only upon receipt of written confirmation from the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason and to withdraw any item without explanation or notification. Individual items may be treated as separate orders.

Customer’s Authority
By entering into an agreement with the Company the customer expressly warrants that they are authorised to accept these terms and conditions as stated. They expressly warrant that this authority applies to themselves personally and as agents for any other person or company for whom they may be acting and who may acquire an interest in the goods.

Product Details and Specifications
Details of the products offered for sale are as to the best of our knowledge accurate at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to alter the specification of any product or to cease to offer any product without explanation or notification. All images are for illustration only.

The price for the goods offered will be as appearing on Company price lists, advertising, website or special quotation and the Company reserves the right, pre contract, to change these without notice. The cost of packaging, carriage and any applicable taxes and duties will be added to the price where relevant. VAT will be added to UK orders at the prevailing rate.

Standard terms of payment for credit account clients are settlement within 30 days of invoice date. Payment before despatch of goods will be required in situations where the Company is unable to offer credit. Credit may be subject to status and is strictly by arrangement. The Company reserves the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate for late payment in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Delivery, Liability and Title
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. The Company makes every effort to despatch goods on time, but does not accept any liability whatsoever for failure to deliver within the stated time. Title in the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full by the Company.

Whilst the Company endeavours to meet Customer's individual requirements the Company shall be under no obligation to accept cancellation or amendment to any order or any part of an order. Where such cancellation or amendment is expressly accepted it is on the understanding that a cancellation or amendment charge may be levied.
